Summary: Adds Client.web_url plus authenticated Notebook.url and NotebookPage.url. Documents that they are direct Web UI links, not Share URLs. Why: notebook IDs are opaque Web UI tokens; pages use the root notebook ID plus page ID. Entries and folders do not expose routes. Closes #171. Validation: focused pytest (23 passed), Ruff, Pyright, and pre-commit passed. Strict Sphinx reached the changed page but external intersphinx certificate fetching failed.
