Adds an AGENTS.md working agreement for agents and contributors, grounded in the real repo (Cowboy-based framework, plugin pipeline, pg pubsub, ETS sessions, multi-app routing) plus the maintainer's global conventions.
Covers: framework pillars (Cowboy-clean, plugin order as a security contract, multi-app aware, behaviours over hardcoded modules), scope, commands, pre-push checklist (aligned to the OTP 27.3/28.5/29.0 CI matrix), conventions (~"" sigils, no foldl, ?LOG_* macros, configurable json_lib, nova_jsonlogger, {vsn, git}), architecture (router/handlers/plugins/sessions/pubsub + middleware chain), the master-branch / statics-in-routes / get_env-bootstrap-app gotchas, tests (EUnit + PropEr), and Git/PR rules. Notes that architectural/API/plugin/routing changes go past nova-architecture-guardian.
