OJS lets you set only one license and copyright policy for the whole journal, and its Reset Article Permissions tool applies that single setting to every article at once. But journals change their license or copyright policy over time — and Advanced Licenses Manager lets you set them year by year, or even issue by issue.
- Your journal used different licenses or copyright holders in different years, and you want each year to reflect what was actually agreed at the time.
- The same year had different issues under different licenses (e.g. a special issue).
- You imported back issues (older volumes) into OJS and they arrived without the correct license or copyright information.
- Some published articles have wrong or missing license / copyright data that you need to correct or remove.
- You want to fix one row at a time, or update several at once with a single click.
- Adds a table to Tools → Permissions — list by year (all issues of a year) or by issue (a single issue).
- For each row choose a license — a Creative Commons option, your own custom URL, or Clear to remove it — and a copyright holder — Author, Journal, a custom statement, or Clear.
- Apply a single row, or use Apply All to update every changed row at once. Rows left on "(no change)" are not touched.
- Sets each article's copyright year to the year of its issue automatically.
- Writes the updates in all of your journal's languages, so the correct text appears whichever language a reader is viewing.
- Available in English and Turkish.

advancedLicensesManager-1.2.0.0.tar.gz, then enable it.

- Copy the
advancedLicensesManagerfolder intoplugins/generic/. - Settings → Website → Plugins → enable Advanced Licenses Manager.
- Open Tools → Permissions.
- Choose By year or By issue, then pick a license and/or copyright holder for a row.
- Click Apply for that row, or Apply All for every row you changed.
⚠️ Do not click the global Reset Article Permissions afterwards — it overwrites these per-year / per-issue values with the journal's default.

- Her satır için bir lisans — bir Creative Commons seçeneği, kendi özel URL'niz ya da Temizle (kaldır) — ve bir telif hakkı sahibi — Yazar, Dergi, özel bir metin ya da Temizle — seçersiniz.
- Tek bir satırı uygulayın ya da Tümünü Uygula ile değiştirdiğiniz tüm satırları tek seferde güncelleyin. "(değiştirme)" bırakılan satırlara dokunulmaz.
- Her makalenin telif yılını ait olduğu sayının yılına otomatik ayarlar.
- Güncellemeleri derginizin tüm dillerinde yazar; böylece okuyucu hangi dili kullanıyorsa doğru metin görünür.
- İngilizce ve Türkçe olarak sunulur.
