Adds a new Deployments page covering how to give a deployment access to blob storage. It walks through the Blob Storage toggle on the deployment dialog's Advanced tab, what gets injected into the bound deployment, and how to read it from your code with the quixportal Python library, including the connection JSON shape and the library helpers for generating it.
One thing to be aware of before merging: the connection JSON is documented in its Storage Access Gateway form, where everything is presented as S3-compatible. That matches the target design rather than what main injects today (which still echoes the real provider), so this page is intentionally slightly ahead of production. If we'd prefer, I can gate it behind the SAG release or add a short "available with the Storage Access Gateway" note.
