Adds a package definition for Pomodorolm, a simple, good looking and multi-platform pomodoro tracker, using its official GitHub releases (vjousse/pomodorolm) which ship an amd64 .deb. Also registers it in the 01-main manifest. Closes wimpysworld#1545

vjousse/pomodorolm, which ship an authoritativeamd64.deb(pomodorolm_0.9.1_amd64.deb).get_github_releases(GitHub releases), modelled on the existingopenboardviewdefinition.ARCHS_SUPPORTED="amd64"— upstream only ships an amd64.deb.01-main/manifest(alphabetically, betweenpomatezandpopcorn-time).README.mdintentionally left untouched, per CONTRIBUTING (maintainers regenerate it).Verification
