Automated Classification and Scoring for High Hyperdiploidy (HeH) in B-ALL #44

Description

@sailepradh

Problem Statement

High Hyperdiploidy (HeH) is a defining prognostic subtype in B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (B-ALL), characterized by a specific pattern of non-random chromosomal gains (typically 51–67 chromosomes). Currently, our pipeline identifies Copy Number Variations (CNVs), but it does not automatically aggregate these into a total chromosome count or highlight the canonical "signature" gains required for HeH clinical classification.
