External Governance Use Routes ｜ 外部ガバナンス接続導線

Purpose ｜ 目的

This file provides a short routing layer for connecting LUMINA-30 incident-review materials to current AI governance, incident-response, standards, and human-oversight discussions. It is intended for readers who need to decide which external-context note to open first.

本ファイルは、LUMINA-30のインシデントレビュー資料を、現在のAIガバナンス、インシデント対応、標準化、人間監督の議論へ接続するための短い導線である。 どの外部文脈メモから開くべきかを判断する読者向けである。

This note is non-binding, descriptive, and unaffiliated with any external institution. It does not claim endorsement, adoption, recognition, approval, certification, compliance, legal effect, or institutional use by any external organization.
